We provide a number of specialist services to help clients reconcile trading against statements. 1) Online Account Status Report - clients can obtain via the Internet a daily statement of their account activity. These reports are updated around every 20 minutes. 2) Daily e-mail or a daily fax summarizing all trading and transactions undertaken during the day. 3) Help Desk - account queries can be directed towards the help desk in our Client Services Department. This desk is open from 8:00 am to 5:00 pm local London time. 4) Clients can obtain a verbal summary from their account executive, a fax, or special e-mail any time during the day.
